MY ACCOUNT
HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Register by going to the section “Register” by clicking on the profile icon at the top of the Projek Raw homepage. You can create an account with the help of your email address and personal information.
CAN I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?
In order to delete your account, you must send a request to [email protected] We will proceed to cancel your account.
HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?
Change your password by clicking on “Forgot your password?”. Type in your email address and an email will be sent to you.
WHAT IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION USED FOR?
The personal information you transmitted during an order of an item or the registration of an account will be collected in order to deliver items to customers, support customers and/or to gather information on the marketing and buying habits of our customers. You can access, correct or update certain personal information that you have provided us by connecting to our website with your username and password. Once connected, click on “My Account” at the top of the homepage.
We do not share any customer information with third parties, except with internal and external service providers that we use to facilitate or externalize one or multiple aspects of our commercial operations, products and services that we offer you, unless you do not authorize us to do so. These service providers are subject to a confidentiality agreement with us and other legal restrictions that prohibit the use of information that we provide for any reason other than to facilitate the specific operation relating to the externalization, unless you have explicitly accepted or given priorauthorization to do so.
MY ORDER
HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?
On projekraw.com you can shop as a visitor or a registered customer. Click on the categories at the top of the homepage according to what you’re looking for. If you’re looking for something specific, you can type in a keyword in the search bar.
While browsing our selection of ever-changing products, click on an item to be redirected to the page of the individual product. Here, you will find information on sizes, available colors and specific details about the product. If you would like to add a product to your shopping cart, click on a size and add it.
Access your shopping cart at any moment by clicking on the icon at the top right corner of the page. Here, you can modify your order. Add promo codes, see the approximate shipping charges and see the total value of your order.
* In the event of an error on the product (s) or a manufacturing defect, we will accept the return and will assume the cost of return on all items.
We reserve the right to cancel an order (without compensation) placed online if for example a style becomes unavailable.
WHAT ARE THE PREPARATION TIMES OF THE ORDER?
The time to prepare the order is 1 to 2 business days.
CAN I MODIFY THE ITEMS IN MY ORDER AFTER CONFIRMATION?
Once your purchase is complete, we’ll send you a confirmation email containing all the information about the order. Don’t forget that your order cannot be canceled or modified if it has reached an advanced stage of preparation.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?
The shipping fees are a fixed rate of $15 CAD for deliveries to Canada. Free shipping with any order $125 and over before taxes
CAN I ORDER OUTSIDE OF CANADA?
We sell and deliver to Canada only.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Standard shipping - $15 CAD for shipping to Canada. Free shipping on orders $125 or more before taxes.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?
Shipping takes between 5-7 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your shipping and tracking information.

HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE?
To apply a promotion or a discount code, select “Payment”. Then click on “Enter aPromo Code” and apply.
RETURN
IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Projek Raw is happy to offer returns or refunds on all items purchased online within 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must not be worn or washed, it has to be in its original condition and packaging, and with all of its labels still attached. We ask you to not take off your undergarments when you try on the swimsuit if you are not sure you like the fit or style.
After you contact us by email or telephone about your return or exchange, we’ll send you a return label by email.
Items labelled “Final Sale” cannot be exchanged and/or returned.
IF I’M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ITEM, CAN I RETURN IT?
If you would like to return an item that you’re not satisfied with, please contact us by email at [email protected] or by telephone at 1 (877) 381 5941. We’ll be able to send you a return label by email once the request is made.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND ON AN ITEM?
Projek Raw offers the possibility of a refund on all item purchases online within 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the merchandise must not be worn or washed, it has to be in its original condition and packaging, and with all of its labels still attached. We ask you to not take off your undergarments when you try on the swimsuit if you are not sure you like the fit or style.
Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed with the same payment method from the original purchase. Once complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email. In the case where a purchase was made with a credit card, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show in your account. The times may vary according to your financial institution.
